hello, I found this screets Chat plugin theme file and I have a question, but I think the plugin has stopped or your besac limit has been reached, do you have any suggestions for it?

This plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme anymore -https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/

If you face a problem with it, please contact support of the plugin directly.

As we can see, you are using PHP 8.2.3, not all plugins are compatible with it. XStore was tested up to PHP 8.1 https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select the latest date or check the screenshot in the Private Content area.
