Sorry, but this chat only for backend users and for receiving messages from users on frontend.

Sorry I dont underestand.

Can you explain more? Is not a Live Chat support?

I did a test chat with the my pc of my house and of my store. I can recive chats from my house but when I send, it dose not send what I write. It appears on my screen that the message was sent, but in the visitor’s computer (house computer) does not arrive. I teste it with other too.

Hi,

I do receive messages from clients but they dont via chat option.

I read the massege and I answer in the live chat, but they dont receive. In my chat appears that my message has been sent but is not received by the client.

The mantenance mode is on, you can turn it off to test it.

I recieved an email test there is no problem with that. The problem is with the live chat when I am on or connected.

Hello,

I’ve tested the chat and messages are received but the time to receive a message takes too long.
I’ve also tested it on our demo site and it’s working properly there.

Please try to deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check the chat again.

Also I installed zopim live chat to see if its works and it work fine. I dont know why Scrrts Live Chat in not working in my page.

Hello,

So the problem is with the chat plugin.
You have to contact the plugin author or visit their forum.
Please mention that the chat isn’t working even with default WordPress theme.

Hello,

You can search for solutions via comments on their forum. For example, familiar problem http://screets.com/i/forums/topic/does-not-see-the-message/ . The issue may be related to your server configuration as the chat doesn’t work even with the default Worpress theme. So you need ask your host to check some logs on a server.

ok I did samething that I find in the forum that you send me. I found this erros but I dont know if they are the cause and also I dont know how to Fix Them. Here they are:

I desactivated and activated again the screets and wordpress showed me this errors:

Hello,

As you can see from the errors the problem is related to plugins as the path to files is /wp-content/plugins/.
Also we recommend you to check logs on a server at your hosting provider.

Hi

I checke the logs with godaddy yestarday. The operator told me that “every thing is ok” also he told me to be especific and I did not know what to tell him.

About this errors, I dont know how to solve them. Can you tell me what to do?

I disactivated all the plugins that the roots of the errors was pointing at and nothing. The screets chat still not working.
