Please describe the problem in more detail + provide temporary wp-admin access.
What browser do you use?

On the Home page, with the mouse wheel, I can go down, scroll down. Instead on this page the mouse wheel does not work and I have to use the sidebar to go down. Using the desktop

Hello,

Why do you use Fool page sections for the cart pages http://prntscr.com/qdkc78 if you want to have scroll? Fool page option means that every WPBakery row will have 100 viewports height and when the user scrolls it will scroll to the next row and next row etc. Your page has only 1 row with content that is much higher than 100vh. That option is not useful for you and just causes issues. Keep it disabled.
