We never updated elementor pro since beginning and it has no effect. What we understand is that there is something in your theme and we know there were issues before when elementor was updated. Now, you’re the best guys to just update and check why those issues come as shown in previous message. no one else can so we kindly request you to cooperate.

    Dear Abdul Moiz,

We hope this message finds you well.

In this case, we kindly recommend creating a staging site for us. Once the staging site is set up, please update all the plugins to their latest versions. This will allow us to thoroughly debug the issues without impacting your live website.

To create a staging site, you may use the following plugin: (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/).

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
