Hello,
So we got Search Analytics which is good. From the beginning i’ve enabled it, it says:
Currently the search data is empty, please take some time for us to collect the information.
The funny thing is a few days ago the stats where showing and then went back to the notice above. I’ve had a lot of inputs so the data was not scarce.
Dear @TheOne,
I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed an issue with the search analytics feature on your website because it is multilingual one. It appears that there is a bug affecting the display of the analytics table when the URL lacks a specific parameter to indicate the desired language.
For a clearer understanding, we have provided screenshots in the private area that illustrate how the URLs should be structured to correctly display the search analytics table on multilingual web-sites.
Additionally, we have observed that it is possible to redirect to the correct URL by selecting the desired language from the language switcher in your admin bar: https://prnt.sc/LMguRzBlCF4I
To assist you further and explore potential solutions, could you please provide us with the correct FTP access? This will enable us to investigate and address the issue more effectively, ensuring that the default search analytics results are displayed without the need to set an additional URL parameter for the language.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
