Search bar on my website is working wrong

Hi,

On my website search bar is working wrong. I have a category Tops when I type top it show results but when I type tops it shows a skirt.

Similarly it is not searching for some categories and for some categories it is searching wrong.

Our theme searches by title, description, SKU, posts, and pages, but does not search by tags, brands, or categories. For more information, please refer to the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/include-brands-in-search-results/.

ok. but we have tops is title may be that is why it is showing when searching for top but why it is showing wrong product

Also can you please tell me when we are searching for tops why it is showing a skirt? there is nothing in the title which matches that

I also want to ask is there a way to make drop of submenus in mega menu?

If you click on my website menu you will see accessories and its submenu underneath which are always open.

I want to show a drop down icon next to accessories menu, if some one click on it only then submenu is visible.

I mean click to open not always open
