Search box filter not working properly and publish button is not working in customization

1. We have checked the search function on your website and it appears to be working as expected. https://prnt.sc/yug6uKhLCG88 We suggest clearing your cache and trying again to see if the issue persists. If it does, please provide more detailed information, including screenshots or a video, to help us understand the problem.
2. The publish button in the Theme Settings seems to be working correctly. If you are experiencing any issues, please provide more information so that we can investigate further.

1/ In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you also provide us with FTP access to your website. This will enable us to investigate the situation more deeply and provide you with an accurate and specific solution.
If you are unsure of how to create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider. They will be able to assist you with the necessary steps.

1/ We need FTP access also.
If you are unsure of how to create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider. They will be able to assist you with the necessary steps.
2/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
