To resolve your issue, kindly adhere to the following steps provided.

1/ Upon thorough investigation, we have verified the functionality of the same option on our test site, and it is working correctly. The issue only persists on your site

We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme.

2/ To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lose settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset. https://ibb.co/m8LyJSK

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site https://ibb.co/SNcVHfT ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

But I can not stop cdn. these are my dropship products. after resetting this problem has not been solved. and I am not using any third party plugins accept essential with your theme.
