    Hi there,

I have recently purchased your theme (which is excellent) and have found that the search in the header. The modal window seems to be added after the footer element and when a search is clicked, the modal window appears above the header.

I am guessing the javascript is not loading properly?? Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks
    Jon

    Hello,

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
Did you edit original theme files?

    Regards,

    Hi Eva

Many thanks for your quick response. Details attached.

The issue may have happened due to losing connection part way througy the theme install, so I tried again via FTP by overwriting the files that were there. Since then, I have tried deleting the theme, switching to twentyfifteen theme and then re-adding Classico afresh, but the same issue persists.

Not only that, but I notice that the product pages additonal images are a mess. Again I suspect this is a javascript issue?

    Over to you amigo.
    Thanks again
    Jon

    Hi Jack

Apologies for not letting you know sooner – but yes all the issues are now sorted thanks. I deleted all files, switched the theme across to standard wordpress template and then reuploaded the original Classico template – and that did the trick.

    Thanks again for your support
    Jon
