Hi! I’m using the legenda theme, it worked really well so far, but I have an issue with the search (within the header), it doesn’t work when I click on it nothing happens…

Do you where this issue can come from ?

    Best Regards,

    Boris

    Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content to check that issue.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I can give you a direct access to the website for security matters (sorry about that).

Bu you will think the URL on the “Private Content” area.

    Hello,

    Sorry,
But it’s difficult to help you without checking the theme settings.
Aren’t you able to create a user for us?
Then you’ll be able to delete it.
Please specify what theme version you’re using.
Also try to disable all third-party plugins and check search form again.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I desactivated all the plugins but it is still not working, it is weird because when I activate the other “header links” such as log in/ register, they work perfectly…

By the way I’m using the last version of the theme (2.4.1) and i have a child theme on.

Is there any other way to solve this problem without giving you access to the website ? It’s not that I don’t trust you, but my boss was really clear about not giving anyone access to the website.

Thanks again for your help, I’m truly grateful,

    Regards,

    Boris

    Hello,

What changes have you made in the child theme?
Does the issue persist if you activate default Legenda theme?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I tried to activate the “Legenda theme” and desactivate the “Child Theme” but it didn’t work out.

In my child theme I juste have style.ccs (that called the legenda style.css file) and function.php (the code that I put in function.php is in the private area).

    Hello,

Try to reupdate the theme. Perhaps some files haven’t been overwritten.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
