Hello,
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access so we can take a closer look.

Herewith, thanks!
Hello,
Thank you. We have passed your request to our developers and will inform you once they find the reason of the problem.

Hi, any news about the search problem? thanks!
Hello,
Looks like this is compatibility issue of Ajax search and WPML. We are working to fix it. We need a little bit more time than expected. Sorry for this delay.
Regards
Hello,
Our developers thought that problem was related to our theme and spent a lot of time to find a reason. But once they checked the search option with the default theme they found that default search just does not work well and display results(posts) that do not include keyword https://gyazo.com/78ed7727a7805e51b8fdc07c9f7595a2
We suppose that this issue is related to WPML but we are not sure. So, you may try to disable WPML and check and if you find that problem is related to WPML then contact WPML support.
Use the following code to hide the date from the Ajax search results
.results-ajax-list li .post-date {
display: none;
}

Thanks for your update.. i am contacting wpml abt this issue since many wordpress users use WPML i cant imagine this is a unique case..
Hello,
Not at all. Feel free to contact us if you fix the issue with the default search but still have any question about our search.
Regards
Hi, well they searched everything and WPML came back with this response in private:
Hello,
It’s very strange that Massive Addins cause any issue with search.
Could you, please, enable a temporary user that you provided before to allow us to check the site, files and contact MA developers to get help with your issue?
Regards
Hi,
Yes very strange. I have made a new pasword which i have entered in private.
Hello,
And FTP access, please.
Also, tell me if you tested the search when MA plugin is enabled and when it’s disabled?
Regards
Herewith, WPML have checked everything.
I can’t connect http://prntscr.com/n7h4wn Please check access.
We updated MA plugin, sorry for the inconvenience.
Have you checked the search when MA plugin is enabled and when it’s disabled? Please do this test by yourself and let us know the result.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
I have checked with disabling but see no difference, maybe some are different but its still not right.. pls try following credentials wit small letter Y. see private
Hello,
1) Point is that we also don’t see the difference in search results even if all the plugins are disabled and default WP theme is enabled https://gyazo.com/90c1a685c2e49e18fd71f4c27b28cb89
When all the plugins are enabled + XStore theme https://gyazo.com/dda6b636eaca4270484484928ec97ee7
Maybe this is some WP glitch, I’m not sure but our theme is not the reason of this problem as you can see.
2) The difference between the Ajax results and results that you get after pressing enter is that Ajax results display posts and pages in the different order than on the search results page when you press the enter button. We’ll check the order but it won’t solve the main problem – that search results page (no matter what theme and plugins are enabled) displays posts/pages that do not include the search keyword and we can’t help you with this because it’s not caused by our theme files.
Regards
Does anybody else has this problem with search? because it is strange that its only at my site. What kind of search engine is it? And can i use another as WPML advised me? Now the problem is still not solved and i have a website without a working search function and its nobodys fault but its not really helping me..
Hello,
Yes, we understand you but if problem appears even with the default WP theme it means that something is related to WordPress CMS and we can do nothing. We are theme developers, so we don’t monitor problems with the default WP options, only issues related strictly to our theme. We’ll be able to help if everything works fine with the default WP theme but problem appears once you enable XStore, but it’s not your case, unfortunately, you have the same issue with both themes. Check the WordPress forum, maybe you’ll find somebody with a similar problem there. You may also create the new topic there.
You may try the third-party search plugin and search widget but I’m not sure if it works correctly if the default WP search does not work as it should. But you may try.
Regards
