Hi,
When I search for products using search bar, the search result page appears as the blog page and it shows blog pages, main page, and the products as the result (https://prnt.sc/DC6fv1iR-j0S). However, I specifically chose it to show products only on the results page (https://prnt.sc/B81AyAkpUqLU). The weird point is that, when I log in with an admin account, it works flawless and shows only the related products. When I log in with a customer account or search without logging in, it shows the undesired results.
What is the reason for this problem? I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Have a nice day!
Hello, @Liva,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
2) We kindly request you to activate the Parent theme once and check again. Please inform us about the outcome.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hi,
I tried to deactivate plugins one by one and realized that Yoast SEO is causing the problem. Do you know a way about how to solve it?
Also, on the search result page, “X products found” text is supposed to be Turkish. I translated the string with Loco but I don’t see the translated version. How can we fix it? https://prnt.sc/Hvrn_fD8ZMWs
Thank you so much for your assistance! Have a good day!

Hi,
1) I have posted a query on support forum about the Yoast SEO issue.
2) Apparently, I had missed one of the strings. I found that and solved the problem.
3) I have a new problem about the search result page. The “no result” page is aligned to left. Is it possible to aling the content to center? https://prnt.sc/ko1IcyyQlnRJ
Thank you and have a great day!
Hello, @Liva,
Please add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:
.empty-category-block {

}
