    Hello, @eausiris,

    Your provided WP Admin Login details are not correct/working.

    And please go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> Search and then only choose the products as result sorting: https://ibb.co/h1gQyZ2 and check back to your site after removing the cache.

    Regarding its speed, it depends on the server’s performance, as it is based on Ajax and Ajax has been processed by the server, so you have to check with your hosting provider on this, and you can check our theme Speed Optimization Wizard options as well under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization Wizard.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @eausiris,

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    And also share the FTP Login details too in the private content area of this topic.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Thanks for the video.

    Did you make changes to template files?

    Ajax search result speed depends on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for response. So, if it’s slow, try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it.

    It appears that you are experiencing issues with the search function on your website. Please note that any changes made to the parent theme files may affect the functionality of the theme and it is important to inform us if any modifications have been made.
    In regards to the quote from your first message, “And how to increase search and overall site load speed”, we would like to inform you that the speed of the AJAX search results depends on the server response time and the structure of the database. The theme sends requests to your database and waits for a response. Therefore, if the search is slow, it is recommended to try to improve the server response time. However, as a theme provider, we have no control over this.
    Furthermore, to improve the overall speed of the website, we recommend that you refer to the following article which provides useful information on how to speed up your website: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
    Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, and we will do our best to assist you.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @Eausiris,

    We have identified an incompatibility issue with the option “Show Variations As Simple Products (Beta)” in your theme. We have found that when this option is disabled, the calculations are shown normally.

    In order to resolve this issue, we have three propositions for you:

    1. You may disable the “Show Variations As Simple Products” option. This will fix the count of our search and of your plugin’s search.

    2. You may enable the “Display With Tabs” option in Theme Options -> Header -> Search https://prnt.sc/12EbZsomRBo6 . This will change the search results view and the count of products found will not be shown.

    3. You may add the following custom CSS:

    .et-content-dropdown .ajax-results-title .results-count {
        visibility: hidden;
        opacity: 0;
    }

    This will keep the old design but without the incorrect counter https://prnt.sc/bMag8hHsnQ1E

    We will note this bug on our to-do list, but we have many more prioritized tasks to do first.

    Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team
