Thank you 🙂

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. To modify the Search Results page so that all products are visible, you can go to XStore Builders > Search results > create and edit template.

Thank you. I modified but there is something different on the visible part. Can you please help sort it out?
I attached screenshots. Thank you!! 🙂
Dear @creativesite,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an issue we identified and subsequently resolved on your website. It was noted that the custom-built search results page was not loading correctly when the website header was constructed using the Customizer, rather than the Elementor builder.
We are pleased to report that we have developed a solution to this problem and have successfully implemented the fix by uploading the necessary file to your website. We invite you to review the corrected functionality at your earliest convenience.
Furthermore, we would like to assure you that this fix will be included in the next update of our theme. This will ensure that the improvements made will be preserved and seamlessly integrated into future versions.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,

We have reviewed the issue you mentioned concerning the layout on the search results page when no results are found, as per the screenshot you provided https://prnt.sc/zVrqnCn0X199. Currently, we are unable to replicate the same issue on our end.
Could you please clear your browser cache and check the page again? Additionally, if you could provide the URL where the issue persists, it would greatly facilitate our ability to assist you further.

And another question regarding Search results:
I edited the “Searched products” element, and when Quick view is set to show on hover, it doesn’t show it 🙁
Can you please help resolving it?
Thanks a lot!
Barbara
Hello @creativesite
Please, change the Hover effect option and see if it solves the quick view display issue -> https://prnt.sc/OYduu7MzFv84. It is vital to admit that each hover effect is different so some elements may not be shown for few of them.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
Dear Jack,
Thank you for your previous quick reply!
I checked, and you are right! I used now the Searched products element, and I didn’t find the option to change the “Not-found” text…
I changed it in Loco translate Woocommerce plugin, cleared the cache but it still shows the English text.
Can you please help in showing where can I change the Not-found text?
Thank you very much in advance!
Dear @creativesite,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to clarify that the elements you referred to in your query are integral to our theme. Consequently, the texts you are looking to translate typically originate from the XStore theme or the XStore Core plugin.
We noticed from your screenshot that the translations were applied to strings within the WooCommerce plugin. To assist you further, we have conducted a test translation, which you can view here: https://prnt.sc/igYJLzFay4Tb. The results on the frontend appear to be correct.
Please ensure that the translations are accurately implemented. It is important to note that if the string includes placeholders such as ‘%1$s’ or ‘%s’, these should be preserved in your translation. These symbols act as placeholders for dynamic content, which will be substituted with static variables or other strings within the files.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson
