It is not safe and we can’t be responsible for the code and work of the pirate version.
We would recommend you re-upload on site the official version of XStore, purchased from ThemeForest, and activate the theme using the official purchase code https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/90-how-to-find-your-themeforest-item-purchase-code
