I have recently received several emails from customers informing me about issues with the search functionality on our website. When attempting to search for “texanas,” no results are displayed. However, when searching for “texana,” the products are shown. Additionally, a search for “sombrero” returns results for toys instead of the intended products. Any help will be much appreciated, also I have the tags for texanas y sombreros

1/ We would like to inform you that the behavior you have encountered is by design. The product names are categorized under “texana,” and as a result, searches for “texanas” may not yield any results. This is the default functionality of our system.

Additionally, Our theme has search by the products, product SKU, pages, posts (Theme Options > Header builder > Search). If you want to have any other types of search (by category title, tags etc) you can use an additional plugin or submit additional customization requests https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel

2/ Upon conducting a thorough search for the (sombrero) product within your website, we regret to inform you that we were unable to locate any relevant items on either end. This discrepancy appears to be related to a caching issue on your side.
