Hi. I entered all of this information yesterday morning, apparently the ticket did not save to your system. Trying again here. This is in response to your comment on my refund request (from code_Whisperer). I have reset my hosting provider account to ‘new’ again (to start from scratch) and set up a new login for you (in private area). I have not touched this new install other than to add a new admin user (you). I have NOT installed anything else (including woocommerce) so that it is a completely fresh install from my hosting provider (Hostinger.com).
I have entered 0.0 for version numbers below because this is a fresh install for you to try.

Artmaxy demo is available for WPbakery only. You do not need to pay anything additionally, because this plugin comes bundled with the theme.
The FTP is the same info, except that the last letter of the password is CAPITALIZED.

Do you have any limits for connections from other countries? Unblock it for Ukraine.

When I chose the Artmaxy theme and clicked install, it presented me with a choice of either WP Bakery or Elementor. Why would it do that if it is not available for Elementor?
I do not have any blocks, but the hosting company might (even though I am not sure why they would do that). I will ask them.

I apologize about the FTP username. I was unaware that the hosting company added that prefix to the user name.
Also, i just realized that since this is a staging area, the domain won’t work either. Give me a sec.

I tried the latest credentials and server address (in private area of #329964) and it worked. Did you notice that I had to update the domain to an IP address, instead?
