Hi. I entered all of this information yesterday morning, apparently the ticket did not save to your system. Trying again here. This is in response to your comment on my refund request (from code_Whisperer). I have reset my hosting provider account to ‘new’ again (to start from scratch) and set up a new login for you (in private area). I have not touched this new install other than to add a new admin user (you). I have NOT installed anything else (including woocommerce) so that it is a completely fresh install from my hosting provider (Hostinger.com).
I have entered 0.0 for version numbers below because this is a fresh install for you to try.
