Sections/blocks appearing/disappearing animation when scrolling?

Hi 8theme team,

Is there anyway we can show specific rows of text/images show up when the person is scrolling near that specific section of the page?

For example – when someone is scrolling down, the blocks appear.
And when someone scrolls back up – it “disappears”?
