Security problem xstore core plugin - by Natasa

After a check we made due to the slow speed of the site we found that the issue has security problems, I list them below.
Also, we have the child theme activated as you will see in the attached image, is this a problem?
Can we make some changes and fix it, or is it necessary to disable the theme immediately from wordpress?
