Change the mentioned code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global custom CSS, save changes, clear cache and check then.

Theme Options > Header builder > select header section > Background Color, similar for the sticky header.

We did not use such feature on demos. I suppose there is no such possibility. If you will find a workaround, please share it here.
Let us know if you need guidance for elements/styling from any of our demos.
