I have a big problem with a product.
Here you cannot select a variation on the English page and add it to the shopping cart. On the German side, it works perfectly. Unfortunately, I can’t find any error here.
Ask for help as it cannot be ordered on the English page.

Thank you for using our theme. You are using 8.3.1 version of the theme, it is not the latest one. We would recommend updating first – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ (for the theme) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ (update XStore Core plugin also).
Do not forget to create a backup before any update, as described in docs. After the update, clear cache and check if variation can be selected.

How does it work when the default WC theme – Storefront is activated on your site?
It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

About variations, you need to check how the add to cart works with the Storefront theme, because we do not see any reason for the problem from our theme side. It can be a conflict with a 3rd party plugin or something else. If problem persists with Storefront theme too, you need to check what plugin causes the issue by disabling plugins one by one, or contacting support of WPML and WooCommerce.

it took a while now, but I tried everything with WooCommerce and WPML to solve this error, unfortunately without success!

Did you check if the problem persists with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated?

If the problem is independent of the theme, it means that we as theme support can’t help.
What recommendations were given by WPML support? Make sure you followed them.
When you create a completely new product do you have the same problem?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
