Hi Team,
since two weeks or so, our site faces serious performance problems. It takes several seconds before content or a link is opened.
What I did:
– Deleting Plugins
– Tried Different Caching Plugins
– Opimizing Images (.webp)
– Upscaling Server
– Installing CDN
– Setting PHP Memory to 1024M
With this laggy website, our shop is not operational. Do you have any clue?
Thanks,
André
Hello, @Andre,
We have recently conducted a comprehensive review of your website using GTMetrix. We are pleased to inform you that your site has achieved a perfect score of 100%. You can view the detailed results at the following link: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.blueberry-learning.de/JkK5SVrm/
It is evident that you have already implemented several measures to enhance the performance of your WordPress site. However, you have reported experiencing some lagging issues. We would like to suggest further troubleshooting and potential solutions:
1. Database Optimization: Over time, WordPress databases can become cluttered, which can negatively impact performance.
2. External Scripts: Please verify if you are utilizing any external scripts (JavaScript or CSS) from third-party sources. These can potentially slow down your site if the sources are experiencing issues or are slow to load.
3. Server Performance: Despite your recent server upscale, it is crucial to ensure that your server configuration is optimized for WordPress. We recommend using server-side caching.
4. Hosting Provider: If you have tried all other options and the issue persists, it may be beneficial to contact your hosting provider. They may be able to provide insights or assistance in optimizing your server environment for improved performance.
Please note that diagnosing and resolving performance issues can be a complex process and may require a combination of different approaches. We advise making changes one at a time and monitoring the impact after each change to identify what is effective and what is not.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
