Serve scaled thumbnail images - by Royalty

Hello,
GTMetrix blaims that the thumbnail images on single product size are resized from 420px to 83px. Is there a way to serve scaled images?

Don’t forget Regenerate thumbnails changes in WooCommerce-> Settings-> Product -> Display https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.
