Hello, @MonnaChu,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
1/ 500 (Internal Server Error). You need to contact your hosting provider support regarding this issue as it’s related to server configuration.
It is independent of our theme. Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.
2/ Please Check System Requirements:
Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://ibb.co/tZwzJSv
We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.
We hope this helps. Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Officer,
I use siteground, and i am sure my hosting provider is strong ,My host configuration is fully satisfied. I checked all the installed plugins, and I found that when I paused xstore core, the home page editor ran very fast. When I opened xstore core, server error, 500 error, was always reported.
The problems caused by 500 error are usually plug-in problems and theme problems.
could you help me with that, i hope i could edit my home page asap

Dear,to tell the truth,i have 33container on my home page,do you think this is the reason caused 500 error. Beacause it doesn’t work now, i just test it
Hello, I checked the picture you attached. Do you mean my DNS has a problem?
I found that the picture says:“Check your DNS Settings. A 523 error means that Cloudflare could not reach your host web server. The most common cause is that your DNS settings are incorrect. ”
Hello, @MonnaChu,
Thank you for your prompt response.
Upon reviewing the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal Error on your website, we have identified the following:
– 805,306,368 bytes + 184,320 bytes = 805,490,688 bytes (as shown here: [screenshot link](https://prnt.sc/6mMSKy8bQUPQ))
– The current value is displayed here: [screenshot link](https://prnt.sc/EHTHEu4J7LWr)
This indicates that the memory issue is likely related to your hosting environment. Therefore, we kindly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to address and resolve this memory error.
Additionally, please read Elementor documentation here: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/
We hope this information is helpful. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello, how can I solve this problem without changing the memory? The premise is that the memory 768MB will not change. Can I reduce the number of pages on my home page, reduce the number of pictures, or reduce the number of products using xcore?
Hello, @MonnaChu,
Yes, you can. Disabling a few unnecessary plugins should help, as your available memory is not small and would typically be sufficient for most of our users. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your hosting provider to investigate the situation further. They will be able to identify what is consuming such a large amount of resources and suggest the best course of action to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are not disregarding your concerns, but rather advising you on the most effective way to resolve the situation. The issue you are facing should be addressed on the server side by your hosting provider. Given that your hosting service is robust, their support team should have all the necessary resources to resolve the current problem.

Dear Officer,
Thanks so much, and do you know how to re-upload the theme through ftp without any page change? Siteground suggested that I re-upload the theme through this method. But I’m worried that the page will change or be lost. Do you know what I need to do?
Hello, @MonnaChu,
Please read this article – https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-use-ftp-to-upload-files-to-wordpress-for-beginners/
Download “XStore – Installable Archive” from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ > unzip it and you will get xstore folder for re-uploading.
Your hosting provider should be able to re-upload the theme through FTP for you or give you step-by-step instructions.

Hello, @MonnaChu,
1/ Please read this article – https://elementor.com/blog/500-internal-server-error/
2/ Could you also let us know what feedback you have received from your hosting provider after they investigated the issue on the server side?
3/ Please provide us with temporary FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Could you help me check the private content
1. I contacted siteground for the first time and asked them to provide the configuration you requested. They configured it for me, but it still didn’t work.
2. Siteground, like you, asked me to disable many plugins and then enable them one by one to see which one has problems. This didn’t work because the only thing that didn’t report an error was disabling the core software.
3. You told me about the wordpress limit memory.
4. Then my service staff was different every time. They all started to talk again and asked me to try from the beginning. They suggested contacting the theme, and the theme suggested that I contact siteground.
5. Because basically all plugins are now banned, the only possible problem may be the core plugin. Then I asked many times whether I uploaded too many pictures and pages on the homepage. Siteground told me that my current storage is 20G, and I only used 2.6G.
Now I don’t know what to do, because I contacted back and forth and had to start from the beginning, and then I was afraid to modify the homepage because it would go wrong from time to time, and now it can’t be saved. This matter has troubled me for 10 days, and I didn’t expect it to be like this
i use ftp loaded the theme with the same file name, which overwrote the previous file, but I don’t know whether the core should be uploaded via ftp. (I think it was covered like this, the staff over there only had experience with theme new uploads, which would affect my current page, so I used my way, but I don’t know if it’s right.)
i try to upload core from ftp,WordPress will report an plugin error. so i backup it.
When I asked whether the core needed to be uploaded, siteground said it was a plugin, and after knowing that everything was normal after closing the plugin, they asked me to contact core plugin, which is my theme, to solve the problem.
I have a headache and my English is not good, please forgive me
Dear @MonnaChu,
I hope this message finds you well.
In the FTP information you provided, it appears that the password field currently states: “Password: The one you set up for this account.” This seems to be incorrect and should be replaced with the actual password associated with the account. Kindly review and update this information accordingly.
Additionally, the issue you are experiencing might be related to the time limit for loading, which is currently set to 120 seconds (https://prnt.sc/8DPeY0X2plzV). This is the minimum time required by our theme. We recommend increasing this limit and testing again to see if the issue persists.
Furthermore, we kindly ask you to check if the problem occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront. Please note that a “Server Error 500” typically indicates an issue on the server side rather than with the theme or plugin code. In such cases, we suggest reaching out to your hosting provider for further assistance.
As a reminder, our support is dedicated to addressing issues specifically related to our products. If the problem is confirmed to be a bug within our theme or plugins, we will gladly assist you. However, issues outside the scope of our products fall beyond our support boundaries.
Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

private content is my password
1. I have already told you the ftp account and password you requested. Could you please help me check if the ftp installation is normal?
2. I am very sure that other themes installed my website very smoothly and there is no problem with the display of variant images swatchs
3. You said before that my hosting is very powerful. Yesterday you mentioned the memory problem and today you mentioned the 120s problem. If this is the reason, more than 95% of sitegroud users cannot use the xstore theme. Such a serious problem is really terrible.
I have pasted my configuration before, I think it meets your theme’s requirements, and the rest cannot be changed, unless the xstore theme really cannot support 95% of siteground’s users, which sounds too sad.
————-
Please help me see if I can install the correct theme again via FTP. Thank you very much(Or help me check if there is any problem with my installation.)
Currently, this is all that Siteground can do. I use the Siteground mid-level package, which is already very powerful. I think there is no problem running my small website. But if this package cannot meet the needs of xstore, then 95% of Siteground users will not be able to use the xstore theme.
——-
This theme is also the only theme, product swatch variant that cannot be displayed in the new theme in the original swatch. I have heard many friends say that xstore has big problems and is not recommended, but I chose it. I hope the theme company can also help actively coordinate and improve it.
I have solve this problem from change my php version to an old one
