Hi, I installed the theme and when I imported demo, it says “Before using theme, first of all, make certain that your server and WordPress meet theme’s requirements. You can change them by yourself, or contact your hosting provider with a request to increase the following minimums.”
I have contacted the hosting provider and they fixed the problem. But it happened again and then it fixed again and then it happened again. It happened three times after it fixed 2 times. What should I do with this? Thank you

Demo installed. Check now. Ignore info message about max execution time. We ask about this to avoid demo content installation issues. But everything imported fine on your site even with the existing params.

Hello I found some differences in demo you installed on my website with the example demo from yours. I dont find categories menu, special offer on mine. Also those cause some display different with yours. Thank you

Did you change the WP Dashboard password? Can’t log in to check the mentioned things.

I see that header is in place now.
About categories and special offers widget: sidebar area was missing in the element settings. I edited page using Elementor > edited the sidebar element in the page content and chose Home page sidebar widget area to show there. Check now. Let me know what other things you found missing on your site.

There was an update for the theme. But when I updated it, the theme display becomes like I first installed wordpress.
And how to make a sign up account when hit my account menu? It is only display login page.

As I can see, you are using 8.0.10 version of the theme, do you need our assistance to update it to 8.0.11? We can do this. Provide FTP access also. If you don’t know what is FTP then contact your hosting provider. They will give you access.
2/ To enable registration, navigate to Settings > General > Membership and mark Anyone can register, then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts > Customer registration > Enable customer registration on the “My account” page.

I meant the update didn’t success. And that caused the display of my website back to the display like I first installed the wordpress (wordpress default theme). But than I restored it to the previous display using the back up files.
I want to ask you how to update the theme successfully if the update released? Could it updated automatically or should I update it manually?
