Session Expires at Checkout Page And Cart Page…

    Hello Team,

    I am getting errors regarding the Session Expired in the XStore theme and it is not allowing customers to purchase the items.

    I have checked with the Multiple plugins and other things. After deactivating all the Plugins test it. Sometimes it’s gone and sometimes it comes back.

    I have tested without any plugin just woo-commerce activated and it’s still there.. Then I tested with the one-by-one activate plugins and it worked fine. After a few hours it still not working.

    Can you please look into it ASAP…

    Hello,

    If you have the mentioned issue even with the default woocommerce theme you need to contact WooCommerce plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello Sir,

    I have tested with the deactivating the Xstore theme and it is working with the same plugins and all.. but Xstore is activated this one is occurs.

    That is the reason I shared the logs and all with you otherwise I directly connect with the Woocommerce support.

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access with the admin permissions because we can’t check your backend settings.

    2) Submit request also to WooCommerce support. If they have any suggestions because we don’t have any functions that could shut down your session. So, maybe you have made any customization in the child theme.

    Hello,

    Yes but that account does not have admin permissions. I can’t visit wp-admin with that, only frontend https://prnt.sc/26jl18d . So, change user permissions to allow us to check the backend.

    Could you, please, describe your actions step by step to reproduce the issue? Because we did not face problem with the order and any notice about expired session https://recordit.co/QibwrFbISh
    So, provide us with video of your actions to find out how to reproduce the problem.

    Hello,

    We need to see your actions before you get that message. For example: you logged in to your account, went to shop, added product, visited any other page or what did you do before the error appears on your checkout page. How long does you serf through your site before you get this message? Could you, please, provide us with the video with this information? Not just the error. You can use Recordit tool to create and share the link to video.

    Do you have the mentioned error when cache plugin is enabled or disabled?

    Hello,

    I think I was able to get the mentioned error. But we have enabled the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and tested the checkout process with that. And the same error happened, watch the video https://recordit.co/s9DaUNvdiv
    It means that XStore theme is not the reason of the problem if that happens even with the Storefront. So, contact WooCommerce plugin support about this issue. Our theme is not the one that causes your problem, we can’t help you in this case sorry. We are able to help in case issue appears with our theme only, default WooCommerce issues are outside theme support and have be resolved by WooCommerce plugin support.

    Hello Team,

    I have found a few things from the Website which says..

    When I click on the Street Address and type the address there and when I try to add the city then automatically Session Expired and Return to Shop and checkout fields are hidden after that and data is gone…

    can I disable that calculation and why it is happening can you please guide me in that one?

    Hello,

    Contact WooCommerce plugin support about issue with the session. Our theme does not have any additional settings for the checkout page, so we can do nothing with this.

    Tell me when do you get the mentioned fatal error?

    I guess one of my customer got this error when they are trying to checkout and I can see this error on the error_log

    Hello,

    Session Expires issue caused by WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card plugin https://prnt.sc/26my2ng Once plugin is disabled then everything works ok.
    Contact plugin author and ask to fix that error. I suppose that error in our files could be caused because of that plugin too because the checkout process is failed. So, fix the mentioned error of the mentioned plugin and then let me know if you face any error related to our theme or core plugin after that.
