    Hello,

While setting up the WooCommerce, my default header messed up, I tried to fix it and make it as it was before but it seems like I need to do bunch of custom things. So my question is: Is it possible to change the default header website? If yes how? If not, can you help me with that?

You can see it here : https://prnt.sc/1eouu9i

    Hi

I might help you. But please be more precise since I cannot have your credentials.
    1. What do you mean by “my default header messed up” ?
    2. Send a screenshot and link of your website.

Btw, I see you spamming other peoples post. I believe you’re in a hurry but don’t do it.
They’re getting tons of posts every day, and, stressing them is not the right solution.
I’m also impatient as you but chill.

Anyways, I might help you so give more infos and be precise.

    Hello, @Mert

Apologies for the delay in our reply. We are dealing with a higher volume of support requests due to the new WP version release. Thank you for your patience.

    1) The very first “Default header” can’t be removed or unset. You can edit that according to your needs to display header content on the whole site. If you want to keep that layout like backup or something but create an additional header to show for the whole site, you can create one more custom header and choose where to show that header in the conditions.

At this moment I left 2 headers on your site: “Default” one for the EN version and “EN – Default header” for the EN version https://prnt.sc/1g3onhj

Issue has been fixed thanks Olga,

I’m usually patient person and it’s understandable that after update, bugs appear but this is not first update which WordPress or woocommerce release and won’t be the last. Teams need to make provision for this kind of situations. My website is not online currently, If you consider that this happens while it’s running, it would be unacceptable for me and for my clients. It’s also annoying that you have been ignored and others get response like in 5 minutes. I’ve been contacted with them support via mail, social media etc. didn’t get response that’s why I did little bit spamming, sorry for that but I needed to get some response.

Anyways thank you again for response. Have a good day

    Hello,

I had a deal with your issue and I was out of the office this weekend. The person who answered to other clients was not familiar with your issue and does not have enough skills to help you. But you should know that we never left our customers in trouble and always try to help even if some delay happened.
So, she just can’t give you the answer to all your questions. But it’s not the reason to spam other clients.
We don’t recommend updating the production site to major versions of WP, WooCommerce or theme without updating the staging site first. So, once you launch your site, and will get notification about the major updates (like WP 5.9, 5.10 etc) then create staging site (full copy of the production) and update it there first, check if everything is ok then only after that update production site.

    Regards
