Setting controls Not available when editing new installed demo store

    Hello , I just installed a demo store theme and decided to edit the page however all the settings are there but there are no controls to edit the website.

    We’re using a child theme , could that be the impact ?

    Thank you for using our theme.
    1) Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site?
    2) Provide us with the video or screenshot of the error with settings for a better understanding, please. Because I’m not sure that understand what exactly is missing.

    Hello,

    There is a js error that comes from additional plugin – https://prnt.sc/48eE0ZeI59kE , so disable the plugin and check Theme Options then.
    Let us know if you need any further assistance.
    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
