Setting Does Not Exist Or Is Unrecognized

When using the customizer to edit details of the site I get the error ‘setting does not exist or is unrecognized’ after hitting save on many of the options. I can edit them fine in theme options, but this is frustrating when i’m trying to make a quick change.

It may be fixed in next theme update, but unfortunately, we do not have a ready solution now.
