Several bugs appeared

Hello,
we have noticed many display problems on our site.

Point 1: since the update to WordPress 5.5 the administrative part of your theme is empty (see screenshot 1)

Point 2: In the responsive version of the site
a- the mega-menu of the “BRAND” part does not appear (see screenshot 2)

Point 3: In the game
Even using loco translate and fabricated all po and mo files. many parts of the site are not translated.

We had to translate the tempate source files for the home page directly into French.
Example: ‘Search’ from the home page has been translated to ‘search’ directly in the file theme-function.php

Can you help you see what is wrong and then translate all the other parts using the po and mo files.

Hello,

Take our apologies for the delay in answering. WordPress 5.5 update caused a lot of issues with many bundled plugins and themes. We have so many requests from users that response time is increased more than we would like.

Before update the WP to version 5.5, make sure that all the third-party plugins that you use support the latest update of WP. In other case you may have issues. For example, Massive Addons plugin has not released a new update compatible with the WP 5.5 yet.

1), 3) We have updated theme to the latest version for you. Synced the translations and I don’t see the problem with it. Use the Lightshot screenshot tool to make screenshot and share it with us. Provide screenshot of strings that missing translation.

2) You hide the titles of the second level of your menu http://prntscr.com/tz2scz So, what do you expect to get for the mobile? Titles are hidden. In your case, I would recommend you to create a separate menu only for the mobile and don’t hide titles in that menu http://prntscr.com/tz2tcc

Can you explain me how you have done to update core theme legenda and woocommerce plugin,
i tried to do it butthe translation was not working with loco translate.

Hello,

Glad to hear that our update fixed the issues.
You placed the multiple translation files to incorrect folders and that’s why they do not work as should and conflict. Theme translation should be in wp-content/languages/themes/legenda-fr_FR and Legenda core plugin translation should be in wp-content/languages/plugins/legenda-core-fr_FR

Would you be so kind to change it? We do really want to help all our client as fast as possible but our resources are limited because of the vacations and WP update boosted the amount of the request significantly.
