Here are the issues I am currently facing:

    1) When I switch the shop page from the default language (English) to the translated language (Arabic), many elements of the shop page disappear. The same thing happens to other pages. I included the URLs for both pages so you can see for yourself.

    2) Please go to the English copy of the shop page. Under the page footer, you will notice the language switcher is present, but shows only the English language, no Arabic switch option. What should be done to get a dual language switch instead?

    3) I want to change the site logo when the language is switched between English and Arabic. How can I do this?

    4) How can have a custom font for any element of the website, whether it’s a product title, archive loop, or any item on the website?

    5) Also, how can I set global and custom fonts (both English and Arabic fonts) that I can assign to any website element, product, widget, title, text, etc?

    6) How can I set global colors for the site, so I can change them all at once, and the site look will change accordingly?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Azim,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. We appreciate you taking the time to detail the issues you are experiencing, and we are here to assist you in resolving them.

    1) Regarding the elements disappearing when switching languages on your shop page, it is because no products are in other languages https://prnt.sc/c1530f5E6Hzj
Please follow the documentation of WPML to translate products and product categories, and check the Shop page after that.
Here is an article from our docs – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ , but we are sure that WPMl support will be able to help you better.
There is no problem from our theme side, you just need to translate site content as with any other theme using WPML.

2/ We would recommend you contact the support of WPML.

3/ As we can see, you are using Header Builder from Theme Options (Customizer), in this case, use Multiple templates to create different templates for different languages – https://prnt.sc/dcXukeXc8bl8

In case you want to use a new header builder via Elementor, do not forget to select where to show templates, currently, they are not applied – https://prnt.sc/eRXVNn0KmydT
This article should help you translate the template of the header builder – https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translate-elementor-templates
Please contact WPML plugin support to get further assistance.

4, 5/ We offer a Font uploader in XStore > Custom fonts https://prnt.sc/e4gJo2labPNo
Then go to Theme Options > Typography > select the custom uploaded fonts, do this for menu and other elements.
Select custom fonts via Elementor settings also – https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-set-global-fonts-and-colors/ , and settings of elements, for example product title in Single Product Builder – https://prnt.sc/tg7C-dyvJ0JR > https://prnt.sc/XSrX8QyDbRSX

6/ As we can see, you already changed colors in Theme Options > Styling/Colors.
Every elementor widget has its own settings for elements, for example – https://prnt.sc/5WSHvA3kfEPI https://prnt.sc/pVx6r7h4IoM3
Rating Stars Color can be changed via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > https://prnt.sc/bbqLt2FPF24H and so on.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Please submit different questions via separate threads https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ to prevent misunderstanding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
