Hi
We used to share our products on facebook with the social share button but it seems that something went wrong. Now it posts the info of the product without its photo. instead it shows the logo pic.
Can u help me

Hello,

Provide me link to the product where I’ll be able to check the problem. Because I tried to share one product and did not face problem http://prntscr.com/h9xbsr
If you shared some products before adding the correct image you need to clean FB cache https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ and after that try to share the product again.

I didn’t provide you with a link of the product because it happens with all of our products.
We tried to clear all cache from our site and our fb cache from the link you provided us but still does not post products with the product picture.
Please do something because i have tried everything i could possible do.

Hello,

Your problem is related to images that you used for your products.
The minimum image size should be 200 x 200 pixels. At the same time, your image must not be larger than 8MB.
I checked your products and see that you use too small images http://prntscr.com/hgccc2

Once I uploaded correct image then it works fine for FB, see example https://angelspath.eu/product/σκουλαρίκια-αιματίτη-τριαντάφυλλο/

I saw you have changed the image size and it works fine with fb posting.
I did the same thing with another image but it does not work.

i use gwenview to resize my pictures.
i used to post my products on fb a long time ago but the problem started about 45 days ago.
something else is happening, please tell me what u did so i can do the same!
