Is it possible to change the sentence on the checkout page from: “Ship to a different address?” to something else? Because our customers find this confusing.

Hello,

To change “Ship to a different address” you can edit the file wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/checkout/form-shipping.php. Also we recommend to use child theme for this https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes.
