Shipping at cart page doesn’t work but as admin is working.

Hello,

i’ve some issues with shipping.

When my client is at page “Cart” normally he has to choose between pickup from the local store or delivery but there are no options.

But when im logged as admin and im trying create an order I see it.

I’ve cleared all the catche etc.
