Hi I’d like to know how to set Shipping Flat Rates for 5 various weights (to be calculated before checkout)

Hello,

There is no such option in WoOCommerce by default. You can implement it using additional plugins, for example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/weight-based-shipping-for-woocommerce/ or similar.
