Hello, @naijapropertyhub,

Actually, shipping is coming from the WooCommerce plugin and is stored in’s database. You want to set a popup for shipping and it will change with IP address so it is an extra requirement that you cannot achieve this from the theme options or WooCommerce plugin for now, you can use any third-party plugin for this from WP Market at your own risk.

We did not test such plugin officially with our theme, so can’t give you a recommendation.
Ask for advice in support of WooCommerce.
