SHipping Problem.Shipping option not available.

    My online shop starts running at 2ndSep ,and I have two orders at 6th and 8thSep,which means I think I have set the shipping zone and method correctly.
    I ‘ve got no orders until recently my cliecnts report to me ,they can’t choose any shipping method ,even they have enter the address correctly.Thats the reason I got no business online.
    Please help me to fix it,I am using the Flexible shipping plug-in.
    I have tried with different device,different phones,ipads,desktop,and different browser,sometimes work,sometime doesn’t.

    Also,the “sales booster” can’t be adjust now,when click on the setting of anyone,it just dims dark and hang with no response.

    Hi Luca,
    The Sale Booster seems work fine now,thanks,
    unfortunately, there are few problem i am facing right now.

    1.As the video shown,checkout is still not working for my clients in HongKong,for ticking the HongKong area ,there is no shipping options.
    2.There are few products shows ” error message ” while clients click on it.
    3.some product page seems works wrong with the CSS,as the video shown the “Belly Ring” is the correct setting,but for the earring,the CSS gone wrong

    1. In this case, we suggest you to contact to the plugin’s author about this issue. Please note the issues related to the 3rd party plugins are out of scope our support standard we provides.

    2. & 3. We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can view a list of the included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.

    – If the problem continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating any on-site customizations. This measure will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.

    – After that, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

    – To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    – For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    HI,
    I have roll back the site,and disable few plug-ins,they work back normal now.
    But the plugin i disable is mainly to change the billaing address placeholder,because address in Hong Kong is quite different from USA and UK,i would like to customize it for a easier checkout for my customer,which plug in would be recommended that will competitable with the X store theme?

    Also,i have a product catogories which i want to ship to HongKong only,not other country i sell to.Before i use the conditional shipping to archive this,but i think it is one of the plugin that cause the crush on my site.Is there any other way i can work on this situation?

    Finally,i use the TrackShip before for the tracking,i have check that it should be the one cause my site to appear error message,any recommendation for add tracking that works welll on X Store?

    Everything seems works fine after i have raech you out last time,but new problem found.
    I have made 2 more hotspot photo on my front page,it doesn’t shown correctly on the frontend,only one black spot on the pic when i check on the frontend,i have clear all the cache already.
    Also , i have applied all the pitches,but the lottie icon still not shown on the frontend.
    Could you please help me out?Do i really need to debug my site?

    One more question would like to ask ,when a account created , the sender name on email notification still shown as WordPress, but i have chaneged them already, it works on the Point and reward email .

    Hi @Kaiser Sin,

    The hotspot images are displaying just fine on our end.

    Please check the attached images.

    One more question would like to ask ,when a account created , the sender name on email notification still shown as WordPress, but i have chaneged them already, it works on the Point and reward email .

    The email sender is coming WordPress side not our Xstore theme. We suggest you to use WP Mail SMTP plugin to force the sender email.
