Shipping rate shows even though "Hide shipping costs …" is checked

I have different shipping methods that I want to be hidden until a user enters their shipping address.
I checked the “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” on the Woocommerce Shipping options BUT i can still see it on the checkout page (I clear cookies/cache and open it on an incognito browser page).

Please let me know how I can achieve that. Thanks!

You may check this situation with Storefront theme (official WC theme) to be sure that problem relates to our theme or to woocommerce.
