I came across the same issue at the forum, but in my case applies steps did not resolve the issue.
Simply put, the shipping methods do not apply on mobile checkout thus customers cannot complete the payment.
Checking out on PC does not seem to have any issues.
Please advice.

1/ Activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

2/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

Once switched to WordPress theme, the mobile checkout works just fine.

the payment is now available on the mobile devices, however, the shipping method is no longer available for mobile phone customers.
Interesting thing is, that the total amount showing at the bottom of the checkout page includes the shipping cost despite the message displayed about no shipping method being available.
Please advice.

We couldn’t access to WP Admin anymore. Did you change the role of the provided account?
Can you please also check the shipping rates plugin has an option to disable the checking rate on mobile device?
