    in the shop, only the first products are loaded, then the message “Loading …” comes out and the other products do not come out, why?

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    If this is not the fault of plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check it more deeply.

    for caching and optimization, I use Siteground Optimizer, instead you which cache plug do you recommend to have complete compatibility with your theme?

    Try to play with settings of the plugin, clear cache, maybe you will be able to find combination of settings that doesn’t cause any problem.
