I don’t know why but when I open shop page it first loads single single product and also displaying loader behind the product tiles while loading. And the rest of area is being loaded only after all products on page is loaded. Till, that page looks very weird. Screenshot Attached of issue. Also I don’t know why the shop is too slow.
Hello, @Mohit Prajapati,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you.

I have already disabled all third party cache and no cache plugins is working now. Also I tried to open this in different browsers and incognito window as well. I have too many variations for each products and I think that is causing the issue. But the theme should load other content first and products later on. So filters and other details comes first.
I also have attached credentials in private area
Hello, @Mohit Prajapati,
Thank you for your response.
Upon thorough review of your website, we are pleased to inform you that we have not identified any issues with the functionality of the shop page. It appears to be operating correctly. To provide you with a clear demonstration, we have created a video walkthrough which has been made available in the private content area for your convenience.
Additionally, we have noticed that the shop sidebar widget is currently set to lazy load. Should you wish to disable this feature, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Proceed to ‘Appearance’ and then select ‘Widgets’.
3. Edit the specific widget you wish to adjust.
4. Deselect the ‘Ajax Preload’ option.
For further clarity, we have provided an image that serves as a visual guide. You can view the image by following this link: https://imgur.com/IzilXeU
We trust that these instructions will be of assistance to you. Should you require any further support, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,

Thank you for letting me know about ajax preload option. It worked perfectly for me
But, As you can check the video The Filters are causing issues while scrolling, because I have too many filters. So is there any other options to show those with better UI? Also, I’ve attached a Screenshot that wish list action API is calling too many times. Why is that happening? This was also happening in the compare action.
Hello, @Mohit Prajapati,
We appreciate your prompt response.
With access you provider we can’t get access to Dashboard. Please set administrator role for the user.
About wishlist, how does it work when all cache is disabled (from a plugin and server side on your site)?
Please try adding
xstore_wishlist_ids
xstore_wishlist_ids_0
in Reject Cookies field of cache plugin, for example – https://www.8theme.com/topic/wishlist-removed-items-reappear-after-page-reload-only-when-not-logged-in/#post-345307

Thank you for your guide. But I’m not able to fix the issue, And I’ve enabled Administrator role. Please check the site and help me fix the issue.
Hello, @Mohit Prajapati,
We kindly request that you clear your cache and then proceed to review your wishlist. Once you have done so, please inform us of the outcome.
Should you continue to encounter any issues, we would greatly appreciate it if you could record a video to provide us with a clearer understanding of the problem.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
My issue is not about not getting wishlist item. The issue is that wishlist getting API is calling too many times as I have sent in earlier screenshot. I already tried to clear cache and retest it. But the same issue is happening. Please not my issue is too many calls of same API which is fetching wishlist data. And it’s happening on shop page.
Hello, @Mohit Prajapati,
We appreciate your prompt response.
We kindly request that you attempt to remove the wishlist element from the header using the Header Builder and then proceed with testing.
Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could document your process by recording a video that captures what you are doing and where precisely you observe the mentioned messages in the browser console (it is not clear from the screenshot, unfortunately).
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
