Hello, @tweedix1,

In order to solve your issue please go to Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce >> Shop >> Product Style >> Product Content Elements and check the box product categories. See the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/5XvLzBZP

Thanks, the credentials work now.
1/ It is strange that category titles are not shown on the Shop page even though they are enabled. Please provide FTP access, I will ask someone from our dev team to check it more deeply.
Did you edit any theme files?
2/ Check the answer with screenshots in the Private Content area
