I am getting a critical WordPress error when I go to the shop page. Or it can take 5 minutes to load. If I disable the Xstore core plugin the issue is resolved. Have updated theme and plugin correctly. Cleared Cache etc. Can you look into for me please.

1/ Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to fix the “CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)…”
