In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please provide us with temporary access to both the wp-admin and FTP of your website. This will allow us to further investigate the issue and provide an accurate solution.

I disabled all the other plugins, only left with Xstore core/Woocommerce/Elementor. And cleared the browser cache, but the error is still not solved. Can you help me do further check? Thank you!

I’ve disabled “Show Excerpt In Content Product” via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style to solve the problem.
