Shop page from x store template not working

There is this template which i have downloaded from Xstore electronic mega market but somehow suddenly i can not edit the shoppage anymore. https://gyazo.com/e0a054e694c52080458a5d0ada2fe746
Elementor keeps loading and when i press safe mode, this message occurs.
