Shop page has 500 error on console and body id error page

Hi,
I’m getting – body id=”error-page” on my shop page and 500 error on the console, it only happens on general shop page, categories pages looks perfect and all site around, what can be done?

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. We’ll check the issue in more detail. Also, provide us with the server error log. It helps to find out what causes the issue.
