Shop page has no products, but does if filter is applied

Hi,
The shop page has no products, but does if a filter is applied. Is there any htaccess rule required which I might be missing? I had to change it to the default wordpress htaccess file.

Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the settings that you use and find the reason of the issue.

I have updated WP and WooCommerce plugin to the latest version and the shop page is ok.
