    Hello,

    I am adding the product pages to my website and used the Legenda Demo Shop page to show all the products at once.

    However I have tried to edit this page and when I go on pages – shop there is nothing to edit.
    Very confused about this!

    Please can you help me.

    Hello,

    As I see you have selected “The Horseshoes” page for shop page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab. Please specify what exactly you want to edit on this page.

    Hello,

    What I am trying to achieve is a page where I can have a selection of products on one page.
    I thought by using this page it shows the products in lines of 3, and the customer then can click on the one they want to view the product page. I don’t want all my products shown on this page, just a few (which I choose)

    I don’t want the categories down the left hand side, and the first image/slider I wish to change.
    But I cannot seem to Edit any of this ‘The Horseshoes Page’

    Please help!

    Hello,

    You can select in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Shop Page Display > Show subcategories and “The Horseshoes” page will display product categories instead of products themselves.
    To remove sidebar from the left side you need edit the page “The Horseshoes” in wp-admin panel > Pages and select Sidebar Position as “Without Sidebar” in the Page Layout box.
    To change the banner you need go to Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner and add your own image.

    Hi,

    Thank you.
    I want to show the products, just not all of them.
    Can I select the products I want to show on that page?

    If not is there a different way to do it?

    I changed the sidebar and it updated however the sidebar on the left with Categories is still showing up.

    This also relates to my product page: Gold Plated & Swarovski Crystal Stirrups – It doesn’t save anything I do now. I added the ‘new’ option and added some more text and it wouldnt update! Very frustrating.

    Hello,

    You can add products what you want into some category, and show this category on page.

    Hello,

    I’ve changed settings in Theme Options > Products Page Layout and selected layout without sidebar. Now it’s absent on the Shop page.
    To display some products you can use this shortcode [etheme_products title=" " ids="" skus="" type=" " products=" " limit=" " columns=" " categories="" desktop="" notebook="" tablet="" phones=""] as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/legenda_shortcodes

    Please specify what text and where you added it so it’s not showing.

    Hi,

    Ok ive changed around my product pages so its easier! Thank you!

    On the “Gold Plated & Swarovski Crystal Stirrups” Product Page.
    I go to add some text to the product description, just general text. When I update it reloads the page and my changes I made hadn’t saved….. very strange. Not sure why. But it only happens on that page.
    I also clicked on the “new” option as yes and again it didn’t save.

    Hello,

    The text for product description is shown from the block “Product Show Description”. So you need change this block.
    Also please update the theme to the latest version 2.4.1 and don’t forget to create back up before update.

    No in the short product description I write about the product, update it and it doesn’t save.

    I am updated my theme forest

    I’ve re-updated the theme and checked the issue with default WordPress theme.
    Such problem persists there too.
    We can say that it’s related to Woocommerce plugin. You need contact their support and ask them to check this problem.

    Sorry but this issue is with your theme and would appreciate you sorting this out. It sounds Like your trying to pass the blame on.

    Hello,

    Please try to activate WordPress default theme and check it yourself. You’ll see that the issue appears there too.
    So the problem occurs not only with our theme.

    I have tried to contact woo commerce and I cannot get any support unless i brought this product. But I don’t have an order number because it came with the theme.

    What am I suppose to do?

    Hi,

    Yes, it was downloaded for free through you. But you told me to go to woocommerence to get help, but I cannot get support through them unless I have the order number that I brought it.

    Could you please follow up with them this issue as I do not have an order number because it was a free download.

    My site needs to be live ASAP. Thank you

    Hello,

    What order number do you need? Is their support team asking for it? There is no order number as Woocommerce can be downloaded without any fee: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
