Shop Page Hover button for quick add to cart

Hi on my shop page I want the sizes to appear on Hover with the add to cart rather than showing in view

I would like to mirror the below. Is that possible?

is there any css code that would allow me to do this

Hello,

We don’t have such hover effect and you need not just CSS code to implement that but also PHP customization. You can submit a feature request here and ask to implement that in future updates https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/, if you get votes from other customers then our developers will be able to implement that or submit customization request here to implement that for you.
