Shop page I can’t customize my shop page

Good morning

I can’t customize my shop page, both elementor ans xstore customizers are not doing anything, I tried withe xstore c to set the sidebar as sticky but no effect , please I need solution for that.

Upon reviewing your website, we have identified that the layout for your product archive is currently being managed via Elementor. This configuration is the reason why the Shop page layout options available through the customizer are not functioning as expected.

To address this issue, we kindly ask that you follow these steps:
1. Navigate to XStore Builders.
2. Select ‘Product Archive Builder’.
3. Click on ‘Edit Template’ as per your needs.
4. Adjust the sidebar/filters widget settings according to your requirements.
5. Ensure to save the updates.

For your convenience, we have included relevant images in the private content area to guide you through the process.
